Asphalt/Spray Seal – Crew / HR Driver - Production | Labourer

ASPHALT / SPRAY SEAL - CREW MEMBER / HR DRIVER - PRODUCTION | LABOURER

We are looking for labourers to work within our busy spray seal and asphalt crews. The role will be based out of Tomago and travel throughout NSW.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Hold a HR Licence (desirable)
• Able to undertake a physical and labour intensive role
• Be able to travel with the crew and live away from home
• Be able to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements as well as work Night Shift and weekend shifts as and when required
• Hold a valid WHS White Card
• Be self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic
• Have a commitment to safety and adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures

Desirable qualifications and attributes include:

• Current driver's licence
• Experience in the road construction industry, landscaping, or faming environments
• Competency using Rollers, Front End Loaders, Skid Steers & other mobile plant machinery

Due to the physical nature of this role, applicants must be willing to undergo a mandatory pre-employment medical, which will include a D&A screen.
